Hi, I am 43 years old male and I have big problem with snoring and thick mucous which I feel when I am coughing. Snoring is very unpleasant and it bothers my wife during the night too. I have tried some things to stop this snoring but there were no results. I hope someone may suggest me something which may help me.
Hi, I had problems with snoring too. My ENT told me that it is caused by allergy and when we solve allergy snoring will passed too. Fortunately he was right and I don't have that problem any more. On the other side snoring may be caused by nasal deviation so it would be the best to consult your ENT for further moves.
