Hello there so this past week I was taking a shower noticed a small bump on my lower shaft of the penis and It just looked like an ingrown hair so I pulled the hair out it reacted like any normal ingrown or pimple white stuff came out on the hair.

A couple days later I had woken up after sex with girlfriend unprotected and I had 3 more bumps pimple like on my shaft again looking like pimples. so I didnt think anything of it but they werent going away so I went to see a clinic for a STD check they tested mostly for herpes I did a culture I dont know if I have it yet till next week but the doc said it could be a couple things but was leaning towards herpes. They couldnt do a blood test for it there so I went to plan parenthood where they did a blood test but the doctor there didnt know what it was.

Before my visit to the doctor at plan parenthood my right teste hurt all day and kind of burned on the scrodum sac and it hurts in the right teste and the tube like things called epididymis.

I would like to know what I have and how to fix it or help on what im going through thank you very much.
