sternum pains , chest pains , swollen lymph nodes,

Im sure im over reacting here, but i have alot of symptoms of different things, starting about two weeks ago, one night i had like a sharp bolt to my chest which caused me to jump to my feet, like i couldn't control it , it just happen a few days after that i was at work and had two of the same sudden feeling but i was standing and it felt like i was gonna collapse, now i have had random pains in my ribs and for the past few days i have had the worst feeling at the bottom of my sternum every time i breath and swallow, it feels like its getting worst, i have swollen lymph nodes in my neck one under my ear being rock hard for a few months, and last summer i went to the hospital because my throat closed and my lymph nodes where swollen i had a viral infection, i cant seem to get enough sleep and having trouble concentration, my blood pressure is usually 140 over 79 and varies a little, my family has a history of heart problems and  high blood pressure and varies cancers , im thinking of going to the hospital tomorrow  because im pretty worried as it seems to be getting worst and also i have rock hard lump directly in the back of my throat i can feel it with my finger. what should  i do , also might not be related but i have a varicose  vain in my testicles and a lump on the other one , i had gone to a few specialist with different opinions one said i needed surgery immediately   and the other said it was no concern that it was most likely a piece of cartilage
