I've been getting cramps once in awhile after i move my bowels.
And I'll get pain in my anal area.

I only have had this happen twice, and the first time it happend was last saturday, and then three days later.

however,

since last saturday, through out the day i feel bloated and I also feel the urgency to use the restroom, but when i try to do so, it doesn't feel "natural" and im afraid to strain out of fear that I'll get a stomach cramp.

I do have a hemorrhoid.

I'm 18. I rarely have problems using the bathroom, or stomach pains. Nor does my hemorrhoid ever hurt. It just suddenly happened on Saturday the 19th.
