On Friday I had minor stomach aches. I honestly though nothing of it and i an still unsure if that has anything to do with how i feel now. At lunchtime (i was in school) i had some clam chowder which may/may not have been rancid ( it was first time having clam chowder, it tasted okay to me). Saturday morning at 4 i got up with stomach pains but did not go to the bathroom. 2 hours later i awoke and vomited up what appeared to be all of the food i had eaten that day and some from the day before(i know there is no way to prove that but it sure tasted like it!) It was the most painful vomiting i had ever experienced. it felt like my organs jumped inside my body, and my ears and sinuses popped as well as my eyes (they bugged out). a few hours later i vomited again but not nearly as much as before, and it was mostly dry heaves. i had diarrhea constantly over the course of that day and felt weak and lightheaded all day. The next day, (Sunday) i awoke from a nearly 13 hour sleep and felt great until i had some chicken noodle soup. then my stomach and intestinal area started to rumble very loudly. Now, on Monday, it is happening all day long and is beginning to be somewhat painful. it rumbles so viciously that it vibrates the table and my entire body. Every time i try to go to the bathroom (#2), it feels like i really have to go but then all that comes out is A LOT of gas and a tiny bit of soft poop. (sorry to sound so gross but that's the only way to describe it) i don't know if when i vomited i may have damaged my intestines, it honestly felt like everything (lungs, heart, intestines) were lurching out from their positions in my abdomen so maybe i tore something or moved something inside. This is going on 3-4 days of constant discomfort and i am starting to get worried. PLEASE RESPOND WITH HELPFUL INFO ONLY. Thanks.
Ps. i am a 15 year old boy who weighs about 120 lbs, (lost 10 lbs from being sick) and i rarely get sick and complain/go to the doctor.
Hello, my name is kristen and i am a nurse. At first when reading your entry. I thought you may have food poisoning or maybe the flu. Are you still having these problems? It is impossible to injure your organs wile throwing up, although i too have expirienced this feeling before too. I know going to the doctors may be scary but think it is the best solution to your problem. They can at least perscribe you some antibiotics if you have some baceria in your stomatch. I am sorry if i didn't ease your anxiety about the issue, but hope i helped in some way. Get well soon.
