Hi about 4 weeks ago I had to go to the hospital for stomach pains right under my belly button, along with being very dizzy, my blood pressure was 60/40, well they didnt know what caused it, since the pain subsided after about 7 hours after being there they sent me home and said to go on a liquid diet and ease into foods, well I thought I wasgetting better slowly but I was having bloating after meals and burping alot, I visiteda docter to see why it was lingering and he took some blood tests and an ekg because I was having chest pains which came up negatve for any heart problem, the chest pain is pretty much subsided, but today the stomach pain returned, not quite as bad so I didnt go to the hospital, but I want to know whas wrong and why my docter hasnt caught it even with blood tests
