About 3 months ago, I stopped birth control pills and since then, its been a crazy ride. I have experienced cramping, nausea, headaches, extreme anxiety, panic attacks, heavy periods and brain fog. I still get the symptoms today but it is not as intense, the only thing I can't seem to get rid of is the brain fog. I have a job and go to school, I have a life I have to attend to this brain fog is making me into a person I never thought I would become. The only thing that might seem to help is a detox? I want all these synthetic hormones out of my body and for everything to communicate normally. I want to feel normal again. Can anyone help me? Suggest a detox? Or if any of your have gone through the same thing, give me suggestions? Thank you!
