did you ever solve this? Did it go away? I went jogging today and had this exact thing happen to me and it freaked me out. Were you by any chance on any ace inhibitor for blood pressure? I took lisinopril- had a bad reaction to it - stopped it, and now my vision does then when I jog.
If you search "softball vision bounce" in google you'll see this appears to be not too unusual. If I change glasses/contacts prescriptions, it is very noticeable but less noticeable after a few days. I imagine if you have some extra weight (like me), the extra loose fat/skin on the face jiggles a bit more with foot strike, pulling the skin around the eye causing it to squish a little and alter the vision. It's one of those things that your brain probably usually ignores, but when you are aware of it, you can't stop seeing it...Similar to when you start noticing when you blink.
