I am a 30 year old male and I have been experiencing burning sensations when I urinate for quite some time now. One day at work when i used the bathroom, a black object came out in my urine stream into the toilet. The only way I could describe the object is to say it looked like a balled up spider. Is that even possible??
I have felt better since that day but I want to make sure that isn't something that occurred because of an STD.
Thank you.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like u might have had a kidney stone, did u have any sharp pains in the kidney region? although gall stones are also dark in color, did u manage to retrieve the stone? If so, ur doctor can analyze it, but u should go and have a check up anyways, to check there arent anymore, or that there isn't a more serious underlying problem :-)
I am also a 30yr old male. This literally just happened to me, the same way this was described. I had several days of a mild burning discomfort which i can only describe as feeling like i had to uninate but did not have to. I was at work, went to a urinal. while urinating i felt like my stream stopped for a split second and then resumed fully after i saw something black hit the back of the urinal. I was not able to recover it to investigate but i just wanted to let everyone know they are not alone.
Also 30yrs old, have had a sharp to mild pain in urethra for several days. I've had a kidney stone in past. This is a different feeling.
I found this thread today trying to see if anyone else had this happen to them. I passed an object, resembled a bee stinger. Dark on one end, has a narrow protrusion giving bee stinger resemblance. I was able to collect it, I have taken pictures of the object. It also appears to be highly hydrophilic as it rapidly shrank in size and dedicated in open atmosphere.
I just passed it literally 20-30 minutes ago. It has significantly shrank and turned dark.
I would be very interested to know what this is. Quite disturbing, but glad to see that others at same age have had similar expirences. Perhaps there is a clinical diagnosis or definition for this.

Been doing a lot of research, symptomology, points toward bladder stone. However, these seem small, but size doesn't seem to be prevailing factor. It's bladder lining and urethral irritation, that cause the symptoms. The object(s) ejected may be singular in nature, one of many, or small part of larger stone. This seems to fit with the symptoms I've had and has been described by others.
