I noticed the other day that my boyfriend had a strange red mark on his back. From a distance it looks like a cut, but when you touch it it feels like there's nothing there. He said it doesn't hurt at all, he didn't even know it was there. It sort of reminds me of a hicky - as if the blood has come up to just under the skin. I saw a new one today, so we are both very curious as to what it could be.
I'm pretty sure it could be eczema. You should visit your doctor, cause if it is eczema, the only way to cure it is to take antibiotic pills.
If it stings or itches I'd be 98% sure that it is eczema. I've got eczema right now myself. I went to the doctors a few days ago and got antibiotic pills and it has helped. It isn't dangerous but it doesn't look good.
If it is eczema, it will spread and spread if you don't do anything about it. As you said that there was a new red mark, it's probably spreading.
If I was you I'd visit the doctors, just in case. You never know what it could be :). Hope I helped!
ugh I get the same thing all the time! it looks like scratches but its speckly like a hickey would be but I don't feel it. I wanna know what it is because I definitely don't think its a eczema
Yeah I don't think it's ecsma either cause I have ecsma and I'm also experiencing these weird hockey scratchy looking things and it doesn't seem like my usual ecsma at all. I'd like to find out what it is as well
do you have a picture of this...? I also experiencing something similar. In my case, I believe is causing weakness in my joins...with each flare-up..
