I have had a rough past 2ish weeks, I do three student ministries in my school, and take 15 hours of classes, some of my classes are counseling classes and some of them are really deep. This week I tried fixing things with an old friend - her fiance (before they even started dating) made out with me twice and did things he should not have done just as a friend, I wanted to fix things between she and I, not him. But he placed all of the blame on me and she wants nothing to do with me. So obviously I'm stressed..
This is where my question comes in, I was just doing homework (that was a day late) my computer stopped working and my homework deleted, and all of this stress just weighed down on me..I felt numb, dizzy, lightheaded and almost fell out of my chair.
My question is, is my stress making me dizzy now? And what the heck can I do to fix this?
