You could have intestinal candida. Look up images of candida (yeast) in fecal matter and compare it. I know this because I have it and have been getting treated. As a result, I am having relief from all IBS symptoms and various other symptoms that come from a candida overgrowth.
Homeopathy cures nothing. It is a nonsense idea that diluted medicine is stronger than undiluted medicine. Totally backwards.
What stool test did u do that worked? As you mentioned, many report false negatives but u did one that yielded a correct positive result and I'd like to know exactly what test u did. Tx
I've struggled with constipation most all my life. My doctor, just like yours, was no help what so ever! I started googling everything i could and every site would suggest probiatics. So i tried the pill form and that didn't help. I ended up ordering kifer grains and make my own probiotic drink ever day. Within two weeks my constipation was gone and no more bloating and stomach pain for me!

It's definitely the Subutex. I've never had a problem with constipation until I started Methadone Maintenance for a drug problem I had as well. (prescription pain pills). Try the Fleet Ememas. They're $2 at the dollar store. I do this once or twice a week. It helps to keep things moving and is pretty natural. I'm told once I come off of the methadone this problem will stop so choose the most natural laxative you can find. These will work in less than 5 minutes and if you still feel like you can't get it all out by next morning it'll be moving. Trust me.
