Hi! Im 14 years old and I am pretty skinny. I train with weights 4 times a week. Some people have told me that training with weights could stunt your growth. Is this true? If it is can somone give me some tips on how to get bigger and stronger? :)

I weigh 115 pound or 52 kg. I have seen some results after started training with weights, my chest muscles have been more visible. I've got six pack abs now ass well. But I havent seen much diffrense on my arms. If you could help me with that it would be awesome. Yes im interested in the push up program :) Thanks for the help :D
