Hi, new here. About a week and a half ago I had a stone removed from my saliva gland. I figured all would be well as the swelling had gone down a great amount. It was so large that I was unable to eat without pain. Now, a week and a half later I still have some swelling in the same region. It feels like a lump that is pretty hard. I am not sure if sometimes it will stay large or what. I am kind of nervous, as I do not want it to be cancerous. I am just wondering if anyone has any idea or experience with such things. I dont really have any other symptoms. I took antibiotics for a week and it did not really seem to help at all. Any ideas? Thanks.
