Hi I'm 16 and had a sudden change. I had "6 pack abs" that you could clearly see if I like sucked up and pushed down on my abdominal area and could sort of see without doing that and now it is completely gone. I work out (sit-ups ect.) to keep them. It happend over 48 hours, my belly botton changed and looks different. 12/18 I worked out (doing 50 situps, not really the normal amount but all I had time for in gym) then on the mourning of 12/20 I was hurting in the area a ton, I could not stand up straight without pain. Then the pain just sort of went away on the mourning 12/22 I had some pain but not as much as before. then somewhere between the night of 12/23 and 12/24 I could no longer see my abs. They are no longer visible and I havn't really tried yet but I can't do any sit ups. The pain wasn't exactly normal because when I work out I feel the soreness afterwords not 2 days later. Now below the armpits at my waist when I walk or I just kind of stomp the hole area moves up and down, best term I can think of is it "Jigles". When I do what I used to do where it really looked like at some flipin built abs (suck up and push down on my abdominal area ) you can just barely see the outlines and they are very soft and not at all hard like normal. All pain is gone except for the "jigley" areas I mentioned earlier hurt when I press on them. Also when I urinate it also hurts a little bit (right where the bladder is) below abs above private area.

Sounds like you have some kind of abdominal hernia, a condition in which a part of your abdominal tissue or organ such as mesenteric fat or intestine protrudes through a torn part of your abdominal wall. Since you mentioned that your belly button changed and looked different, part of your abdominal content may have come out through your umbilicus resulting in an umbilical hernia. The soft spot that you saw jiggling up and down when you stomped your feet was the protruded part of your internal organ (whatever that might be), and this was now lying on top of your 6-pack abdominal muscle. If this happens to be a loop of intestine that gets trapped by the torn opening, blood circulation can be cut off and your intestine can die. This can become an emergency situation. If you experienced pain below the abs but above the pubic bone, you could have an inguinal hernia. You need to see a doctor as soon as possible.
