I have been getting sudden headaches on my right side only....my right temple. piercing pain but will go away for a bit with Excedrin. However, it will come back again without warning.

Right jaw a little tender. Not sure if it's from a tooth that I just discovered is broken on top right side of mouth or not.
Blood pressure a little high at times. Feel some nausea at times and tingling in back of head (also right side).
Very tired at times and rest seems to help. staying calm and quiet as much as possible.
