About 3 weeks ago, I noticed that I had to urinate more frequently and when I urinated, it didn't burn, but it was like a tingling sensation. Then I had cold like symptoms, felt more irritable and felt like I had a slight fever all that week. Towards the end of the week, I woke up with a pain in my lower right abdomen, be the end of the day the pain was much worse, I had a fever of 102. I went to the doctor and come to find out I had a kidney infection. They gave me antibiotics.. but a few days later I had an increase in vaginal discharge (it was even a brown color, but now it is white). I have also noticed that I have an increase in appetite and I feel like I am ALWAYS hungry. I keep wanting to eat. I eat and feel almost satisified, but then the next thing I know I am hungry again. I don't know if it has any relation with my kidney infection, or is this something different?
Your other symptoms could be just hormonal but if you are uncertain, you should see a gyn and complain about these other symptoms as well and see if there's anything additional going on.

I frequently get bacterial vaginosis due to taking antibiotics and it increase my appetite by 100%. Not only do I tend to crave foods high in fat, sugars and carbs, but my weight will shoot up dramatically. I can eat and eat until even far after feeling "satisfied".

Don't know how much that helps, but it could explain the symptoms you have.
