Hi. Thanks for stopping by. I'm a 19 years old female with no formal diagnosis of any illness, except i went to the doctors last friday for my peeling lips (peeling for about 2 months) and she said i have Herpes Labialis. And according to Wikipedia i am class I obesed (BMI 31)

So, i've had sudden rapid heart rates for maybe 4 or 5 times now since 2011.

It happens out of nowhere and under different circumstances. The 1st time i was sitting in class listening when i suddenly felt this weird pain, feels like something is pushing from my chest towards my mouth and my head hurts too in a weird way, but i don't know how to describe it. 2nd time i was just sitting in front of my laptop watching a show and laughing when my heart rate suddenly increased, it hurts occasionally but its more like an uncomfortable feeling. 3rd time i was playing a game with my friends, trying to step on each others foot. My heart rate increased when i landed after jumping and it was accompanied by a few seconds of blackness and my legs almost gave way (which made me lose the game btw, haha). I think it happened again after that which kinda scared me when my heart rate returned to normal all of a sudden but the worse one happened yesterday. I can't remember how it started but it just started beating fast, i'm guessing about 150bpm, but might not be accurate coz i couldn't find my pulse long enough for a measurement, it just disappears after a few seconds.

Usually i just drink some water, breath and let it go by itself, and it usually lasts for about 5 to 10 minutes but yesterday's lasted for about an hour. It was terribly uncomfortable and my face was sweating. Sometimes it sent a weird pain that i don't know how to describe that only happens when my heart rate increases. But the pain doesn't appear if my heart rate increases during fever. This attack happened for so long i thought i was going to die LOL

So today i'm left with a slight pain in my left chest/heart (i'm not sure) sometimes when i move, but i don't know if its related. Its not a very bad pain, but kinda irritating. Please let me know if i should just let this go or do something about it.
