It is known that when we are sad or under stress, we eat lots of sweets, bread... This is certainly not good for your health, so If I were you, I would visit my doc just to ask him how to compensate the need for sweets with other foods. When I am under stress, I usually eat lots of bread and spaghetti, no so much sweet…
