Vaginas may get very sweaty on their own, walking, running, or just when its hot out. In all of these situations you may find the vagina to be quite sweaty and moist. So the sweat from your -clean hands, will not be a problem, dirty hands however can pose a serious threat to the vagina. If engaged in sexual relations do not pick your ass and then play with the vagina with shitty hands, this may cause vaginal discharging. It may also create a yeasty environment in the vagina.
