Can you retract your foreskin now or is it "stuck" behind the glans? If it is stuck, it is called paraphimosis and is a medical emergency. It can prevent blood circulation ultimately resulting in gangrene and potentially loss of a part of your penis.
If you can still retract it, relax. The swelling will go down in time.

Use your fingers to spread the opening OR get an erection and pull down on the shaft skin so that the glans spreads the opening. The more often you do it the sooner you'll see results.
It might be easier in the shower. The warm water will help soften the skin.

Nope.. i wanna bring by foreskin back to normal on the glans. I brought the skin to cover 3/4th of the glans. I cannot cover the rest because the swelling underneath my penis on the foreskin restricts me to do so. So the tip of my glans(not the entire glans but the tip) is still visible, is it okay?
If it's just the tip, leave it alone. Wait for the swelling to go down. It can take a few days.
