The swelling is normal, it is a result of an erection that lasts longer than normal. This usually happens during your age group when foreplay lasts a long time. I personally have experienced this swelling and it does go away, usually by the next day. I would also like to say that it would happen along with ''blue balls'' which basically feels like a super low stomach ache. <- That will go away a few hours after ejaculation.
There's no medical concern for you, unless your skin becomes broken (like a cut) as a result of the swelling.
