hey there did you masutrbate roughly or with a tight grip? im sure it is just some local irritation possibly a little brusing. I would try next time masturbating a little more gently or using some lube to cut down on the friction.

It is a little red and i am noticing a risen vein on top of the shaft where it is swollen
yea you may have ruptured a blood vessle or two and caused some irritation. just dont masutrbate for a few days and see what happens....

Most of the swelling has subsided but the vein is still sticking up and the area still itches
