Hi.
Swollen lymph nodes are a common response by the immune system to infection or inflammation in the body. In your case, it's possible that the swollen lymph node in the back of your neck is related to the sinus infection you experienced.
Sinus infections can cause inflammation and irritation in the nasal passages and nearby lymph nodes. The green mucus you described could be an indication of a bacterial infection, as greenish coloration can sometimes occur due to the presence of certain types of bacteria.
It's also worth noting that skin irritation or inflammation, such as from using apple cider vinegar on a skin tag, can potentially cause nearby lymph nodes to swell as well. However, it's difficult to say with certainty if the skin tag treatment is directly related to the swollen lymph node without a proper medical evaluation.
