I'm an Mastrubation addict, 21 years old, and 15 days ago I stimulated the middle part of the neck , just below the foreskin to reach an orgasm, I've done this many times however this time it got swollen. This happened to me earlier but was solved within a week , but this is taking more than 15days, this scares me.
There is no pain but a bulged part at the middle of the neck.
