I have litterally the same exact problem from the sounds. I have been reading around and I tried one home remedy (mainly cause im scared of the gyno) fill the tub half full of warm water and 1 cup of vinegar and soak in it for about 30 minutes. I find it helped A LOT. I would still like to know what the hell happened tho.
i have the exact same problem i am scared i read somewhere to use a really hot wash cloth because it is bacteria that needs to be drained but if anyone else knowss i really need help

You need to use more lube. Ive had that happen with just great sex. I couldn't even walk one time because I was soo swollen. I think its just from friction irritating the vunerable skin down below. Don't worry it passes. You really should invest in better lube tho.
Hey guys been to the Dr.'s....you have water in your uterus and you have probably killed the good bacteria also. Stay out of the tub, douche with vingar and water (small amounts) and get some good bacteria into your body. Check with your healthfood store.

Um I hate to break it to you but I think you may have herpes because herpes cause small sores or blisters
I know this is a couple months old but figured I would offer my experience if anyone else was seeking this post for a similar situation! So if you examine the female anatomy in the genital region, you will notice below and to the sides of the vaginal opening, there are two tiny holes. Those are ducts that secrete vaginal fluid from your bartholin glands. Normally it houses about a pea size amount of fluid, however sometimes an obstruction can create fluid build up in the Bartholing Glands and cause them to swell. This is what is called a bartholin gland cyst. Things like an infection, thick mucus, female ejaculate or swelling could be the cause of obstruction. A bartholin gland cyst can get bigger after sex, because the glands make more fluid during sex. You may see sizes of the cyst up to the size of a golf ball. Many of these types of cysts will drain on their own over time. You can gently massage around the cyst to dislodge the obstruction along with warm compress/warm baths. However, if you do not have success with it draining on its own, you will need to see a gynecologist, as you may have to have it surgically drained. I struggled with these cysts for many years on and off, more so worse during pregnancy. They can be very uncomfortable and may make you feel embarrassed. (When you shouldn't!) Just know what that it is not permanent and can be taken care of very quickly as long as you identify your obstruction! Good luck!
