Hello! The main reason I started working out is to build up my muscular mass. I am interested in what weight gainers I could use in order to do so. Thanx

In order to gain weight one needs to increase a calorie intake. I, for example, use weightgainer 2000. Try to increase intake of carbs as well. It is very important that you keep up with the exercising; otherwise will extra weight turn into fat. Good luck! Be persistent!!!!
