I found the same as you but don't know if it's due to a change or just because I tried something different. I discovered that after clicking on something then going back to get a blank page, if I stay there for a while so some new posts get sent then refresh it they will show up. If I click on any of those it works normally and I can go back and forth without losing them. I minimized it and stayed on for several hours once to let several pages of posts build up and I was able to move all around without losing them. As soon as I left the site I lost all of them again. Looking forward to the new attempt.
I tried it again today. When I was on this morning I left my computer on the site and went about other things. I just came home and there were 9 pages of new posts. I was able to move all around them without losing anything. Then I left the site and came back. I didn't log out and I was still logged in when I came back. I suspect leaving the site logs me out automatically and because I selected stay logged in I get logged back in automatically but I don't know for sure how that works. Anyway when I came back in the same pages were showing but as soon as I clicked on a post I lost everything that was there. I hope this might help the writers.
Mine never use to loose all latest posts when I left without logging out and came back again later normally 3 pages at the most would be there so something has changed for the mobile site.

It's all about the cookies. Probably your browsers remove cookies by default after some period of time?!
However, we get another way around to fix the issue, but it's still not deployed LIVE. We still test it and the fix will roll out next week, probably a day or two after the Labor Day. As I said, I'll let you know once we complete the update.

You say it's about cookie but I clear my cookies, cache and history out weekly and always have yet in the last week I to have been noticing that when I go to latest posts it has been acting differently to what it was.
Some things don't seem to work consistently any more like just lately I have been going to pages and getting steadyhealth is having some problems with three revolving cogs showing yet when I click back and go to the page straight away again it's been fine and opened.

Just for your information if it will help. I'm using the same computers I had before the rewrite and I do not know if they wipe the history on leaving or closing the browser. I do remember something in the setup when I first got the one I use most (W8.1) that asked if I wanted to clear the history on closing. I did not select that as I have no reason to hide my history from anyone. It's also useful to find a site I want to go back to that I didn't save. Well, it would be if I could find it in this new one. I discovered the other day it's not where it used to be and I gave up looking. I think I may have looked because I wanted to check on the settings due to our problems here.
Most don't clear history or cookies when you close as standard unless you in to settings and ask it to.

I understand that. I have plenty of memory and drive space so I don't worry about that --- yet. The way computers go I'm sure the writers will figure a way to use all of it before too long so I need to spend more money. I don't remember being asked before.

Back again and it's still working fine, haven't lost any pages/posts yet.
All was fine this morning until about 10 minutes ago when I lost all the posts on latest posts. There were an unknown number of pages there this morning, meaning more than 9. I only got through 2 of them when I had to take my wife to work. When I got back they were still there and I looked at some then went to check my email. When I came back about 10 minutes ago the pages at the bottom are all gone and I have one post showing.

When I first open steadyhealth now and in to timeline then latest it's empty and only starts to get posts on it from the time I come on here even though I never log out or have to log in been like this about a week now for me other wise not seen any other changes yet not even with notifications.
