Working out has become a part of my life. I enjoy in riding every day. I have been experiencing some problems lately. I feel pain and tightness above my heel. It keeps hurting and I have to stop cycling sometimes because of it. What do you think my problem is?

I assume that you have problems with tendons and ligaments. It is a connective tissue and if you push too hard or train too long without rest, you can develop problems with tendons and ligaments. In addition, a sudden powerful move or jerk can cause them to break and you feel pain in that area. The best thing is to visit your doctor to determine what it is. As a first aid, you may apply some ice to the area to reduce pain and swelling.
