Test was positive, but I had bleeding 5 days later

i missed my period and had a pregnancy test came positif, i start bleeding 5 days later, had blood test and came negatif, there is any chance for me to be pregnant , i am in pain now. and i think it my period... there is any chance that blood test may be wrong....
