i'm 15 and have found a small lump on my left testicle, very small no more than 1mm wide and i have heard it could be cancer, living with your parents means not only do you have to tell a doctor, you have to tell your parents! is there any way to get a medical examination without parental knowledge? Also does 1mm sound like a cancer lump?
Hi!

I understand that you are young and feel uncomfortible talking to your parents about this, however if what you feel turns out to be TC then you will need them to support you and be there for you. Besides, I don't think that you can go visit the doctor without your parents being with you, I may be wrong?

You should talk to you mom and dad and let them know the situation. Maybe there is a family history of TC that you never knew about not to mention that they could do some homewor for you on what doctor is best tosee etc.

TC usually hits men between the ages of 15-30. The other thing is that although you may have felt something on the outside it never rules out what may be inside that you cannot see or feel.

My advice to you is that you need to talk to your parents and let them know you have some concerns and that you would like to see a urologist ASAP. Most people survive TC when they catch it early, that's the key word, EARLY! Do not wait and wait to tell someone, afterall were talking about your life.

Best of luck to you :-) and let us know what you find out.
