I dont know if this is natural but my left ball the string that holds it or wahetever it is called is getting WAY longer and i can feel it all in there is this normal parrt of growing is my sak getting bigger what is this?

As you go through puberty your testicles do get significantly bigger then they were before puberty, and they generally do 'hang' lower in your scrotum.
The vas deferens is the 'cord' you are talking about. You should be able to feel it - and it would be much more noticeable as you go through puberty because your testicles are not as close to your body as they were before.
