When I feel both of my testicles, at the bottom of my left and right testicle. There feels as if there are bunched up tubes under the testicles, or bottom scrotum(I cannot really describe it that well). I do not know if they are necessarily "tubes", or just the inside of the scrotum.
Is this just part of the inside of my scrotum? Or a serious problem?

Well it feels more of just one tube at the bottom of each testicle and they feel like they are running upwards kind of. (still...I cannot explain this very well)
