I have been seeing my physician about this issue and have been unable to come up with a diagnosis, I suffer from pain in my right testicle, groin, and frequent diarrhea. Ocassionally usually after sex or masterbation I get a lump beneath my right testicle It is seperate from the testicle and it itches and hurts. I have also been suffering from Cronic diarrhea and occassionally the lymph glands under my right arm pit becomes inflamed. All this happens at the same time. THen it goes away. I have been dealing with this for several months and I am suffering. I have been to a urologist and had a ultrasound and he said I was fine. I had a CAT scan and they said I was fine. Next up is a Colonoscopy It is driving me crazy. Also I have lower back pain on my right side and the abdominal pain is focused around the three fingers below the navel on the right side. Also I have a feeling of fullness pain in the groin.
Have you been thoroughly examined for a hernia?

I believe the armpit pain is not related.

I have the exact same problems you are having.. I have had terrible abdominal pains for over a year and have not been able to do physical activity in over 13 months and it is quite depressing. My left armpit hurts frequently and so does my left groin. I have flashes of pain in my left testicle and I had a pain the other day that sent me to the emergency room on the right lower side on my stomach near my belly button.. Could we have the same thing?

I was experiencing the same symptoms as you guys except for the stomach pains. My doctor, who also suffered of similar symptoms himself, has told me that I have a chronic prostate infection. He explained that it is a benign condition that afflicts many men after 30, and that there is treatment for it but that it is most likely to return time and time again. I am being treated with Ciprofloxacn 250 MG twice daily, and I am happy to say that all the symptoms have disappear with the exception of a very mild pain in my left armpit. He has also recommended that I stop drinking any alcohol. Well hope that this can help anyone.

if you have a lump in your testicle, then you might have testicular cancer and should go go to the doctors immediately. If it spreads it might be incurable.

these can be caused by lowlevelof vitamin d. get a blood test done for it. if u reside in a country with less sunshine, more chances

I have been having these symptoms since I was 10. It comes and goes. I went through ALL the tests imaginable. The pain went away after a couple years (docs blamed it on stress, parents divorcing). After I joined the military it came back. Went through another battery of tests (military docs) and they found nothing. So, as not to be considered a wimp I ignored it and took lots of Motrin. Eventually it seemed to go away again. This year it came back with a vengeance (went to ER). They said my blood panel showed muscle trauma but not the heart muscle (different markers I guess). This time my Doctor found me a really good physical therapist. Went through a bunch of stuff with her and she found the problem. A strain between L5 and S1. This triggers the psoas muscle. If you slightly move your intestine over to the right (as to get under it) and press you can trigger the pain into the groin and up into the chest. My therapist is a "soft tissue" specialist and can press on the muscle to "release" the tension. Everything I read about this strain is there is nothing but time and supporting that area of the back so it doesn't strain again. I found that muscle relaxers treat the pain better than pain pills. Now that I know what it is my mental outlook is WAY better. I thought I was losing my mind. With this knowledge I was able to think back and before every occurrence in pain, I had back trauma. At ten I fell off a dock at the lake. In the military it was after a fall off the aircraft. This year, it was lifting my daughter out of the bathtub... Hope this info helps. May not be the same for you but your symptoms were the same as mine and after ruling out all the organ issues, blood workups etc.. that left muscular skeletal.

Have any of you been dx w Hidrantenitis suppurativa? It is an inflammation of your sweat glands in the armpits and groin area and can be lumpy, painful and may have discharge if chronically infected. I have seen pts with this also having epididymitis which can be treated with antibiotics. Just a suggestion!

Hey to the guy with the L5. S1 condition- Well I have the same issue right there as well a very bad disc was diagnosed as herniated but it was completely devoid of any fluid and looked 'black' compared to the other discs throughout my spine- Anyway this disc causes me severe nerve pain, especially when certain types of weather creep up ie., moist weather-

but I've been having this dull achey pain in my right armpit.. wasn't sure where it was coming from and Dr. Google doesn't help boy the information there makes you think it's cancer, hiv, aids, crohns, lymphoma- and you know how it is we all think the worst anyway.. So I went to the er one night b/c my regular doctor was booked for 2 weeks! A doctor there felt under my arm and said you can go home there's no swelling- and we can't do any further testings b/c with no swelling it's not an 'emergency'. With that I went home.. but the ache comes and goes and so when I read that you had a low back injury that could be causing it.. that made sense and I guess a blood test isn't a bad idea either for everyone! I hope it's all good for all of us..

but if it isn't May 21st is the Rapture anyway- I was thinking maybe our bodies are transforming to be lifted up on that day?

:-)
