a few days ago my left testical hurt kinda like a aching pain and it would do it about once a day for about two days then about the third day its started becoming more frequent so i didnt really pay attention but no its hurting preety bad and i dont know if its on the testicle or like where the veins begin to touch the testicle.
i told my mom about it and she is a nurse she said its a possibility of epididymitis. ive never had sex and im 16 the last time i had oral was about 5 months ago

There's a lot of things this could be: epididymitis, a torsion, a cyst, a varicocele....
You are fortunate to have a mother who is a nurse. I should think that her first thought might be a good one, especially if you were able to describe the pain to her more completely.
If the problem has not cleared, I'd head to a doctor's office for a routine exam, and to discuss it with an experienced pair of eyes.

i got an ultra sound done and they said that its just a spermatocele but he gave me medication for a week and it helped i guess but i came home and it hurt but now it dosnt so i still have to get another ultrasound soon to see if its any different.
