Hi. I am 17 years old. I found a lump at the bottom of the testis. It didn't change in size. It is not painful. When I am masturbating, the lump becomes harden. What is the lump? Thanks!
It is impossible to say without having a look and feeling the testicles.

While this could be an anatomical bump situated on epididymis, “testicular” tube, it could also be a tumor, so it would be smart if you saw an urologist and have it checked.

Any lump found on testicles needs to be evaluated. I am not trying to scare you but it is essential you have it check both for prevention and your piece of mind.

Even if it were a tumor, early detection is a life-savior as early found testicular tumor are easily treated and removed with very good recovery rates.
So, don’t delay the doc’s visit but talk to your parents and then see a doc!
