What are the best activities to get your mind off of food? I am always watching TV, aka a couch potato. And I'm always on the computer. But I'm trying to find out good ways to kick the nasty habbits. Any suggestions?
This is what works for me........I eat very little for a week or two....(mind control). I actually eat often like 4-5 times a day but very small healthy meals like and apple and a yogurt, a piece of grilled or cooked chicken meat and some cooked vegetables, or a piece of dark bread and a small amount of non-fat white cheese or yogurt and again fruits.
After two weeks of such dieting, my intestines get smaller and then I don't even have a desire to eat and I do not think of food.
However, you will not have the same effects with eating potatoes, chips, fried and other fattening foods.
