Hi, I need more information about the fat flush plan. How is it done? Does it provide life long change of dieting habits?

HI, I am at the beginning of fat flush plan. Guidelines are to perform three stages. First phase is the 'toughest' stage, it is cleansing program to facilitate weight loss and liver function. It lasts for two weeks. Second phase is with ongoing weight loss, with increasing food choices adding back a 'friendly' carb. Third phase assumes that you are used to new life-style and provides you
the fat flush maintance program as lifelong eating choice. In this phase 2 dairy products can be consumed again and a variety of veggies and nongluten grains. New food is slowly reintroduced to follow body’s reaction.
