hello i'm 15 years old and i have a few problems with me penis. First i have 3 dots on it. Before i used to pinch the biggest one and clear, white stuff (clear like water) would come out but i stopped. I used to have just 1 big one but then when i kept on trying to squeeze i noticed that 2 more have grown so i stopped. Another thing is that my tip is different colored. most of it is pink but on the other side it is lighter. Another thing wrong is on my testicles and bottom of penis, there are white spots everywhere. And the last thing is i have a black dot on my penis and its not a mole.

Odds are you're OK.
You keep describing features or coloring of your genitals as "wrong"... and that makes me think that you're too obsessed with the appearance.
The lots of white dots are probably just fordice spots, and I wouldn't worry about them.
however, you can go see a doctor, showing him all your imperfections and see if he has any concern with any of them. Probably won't.
But it could set your mind to rest.
