There should be a possiblity of getting pregnant?

Hi, I am 31 years old married but not experienced have pregnant, my monthly period is irregular and always delayed from 2 to 4 months. I try to have test but result is negative. As of this time, my husband is in abroad, but i never get pregnant, there should be a possibility that i'm getting pregnant? please let me know.
