I've got a lump the same size of my testcals and it's right between my testcals, not growing off of one but completely separate from them.. And whatever it is it's hard as a rock. Not painful, but I syllable want to now what it is.

See a urologist. They would be your BEST resource.
It may be a cyst but you really should get it checked out, soon.
