I bought some 2 lb. weights the other day, in thoughts of running with them. I remember back in high school that we used 1 lb. weights once and awhile, and thought maybe it could help something...am I right? Anyone else do/done this? Thanks!

If you want to work your arms, then go to the gym. Leave the weights at home.

Never thought of it. I thought it may help with the stride but otherwise never tried it.

If your luck were anything like mine, you'd poke your eyes out while wiping sweat from your brow. Leave them at home. Without a full range of motion they're useless.
