The left side of my ear and the left side of my throat hurts, and I can't swallow or eat correctly. I spit up all day and blood comes out, and if I try to swallow my ear hurts. What can be causing this?

In the middle of the night, a shooting pain went up the neck and into the ear. So there is an earache, tenderness of the area around the ear, and a headache. Is this a tinnitus or something else?
