Check for pinworms/ parasites. I have same problem. It starts from testicles and goes to anus.

It occurs to me now and then as well. Don't know if it should be a cause of concern.
I have the same alike symptoms,But mines is inside my penis,feeling it crawling trough my body,and I tried to squeeze it and it bit me so hard I had to go to the hospital and they say notting.I also witness a black whiskers coming out my skin,and it itches non stop,I go through this all day and night we’re I can’t put close on,and it only comes out in the dark.what is it I don’t know but ,am feeling controlled by something,it’s almost like am are puppet.
Same here. I always get worried about testicular torsion. Probably gas lighting myself, but it can be painful or just annoying. Like getting hit with a TENS Unit in the nuts on a low setting.
Could be pubic lice.

I have this as part of Tardive Dyskonesia I got when my antidepressant quit working and my Dr put me on Abilify. When I quit taking Abilify muscle twitches started in my thighs, calf muscles, and scrotum tingling. It got worse when the genius put me on Geodon and pulled me off it. If you take psych meds this could be a symptom?

Me too. Crawling ,itchy feeling in testicles, eyes and ears. Even throat area below nasal cavity. Sounds like it's not that rare afterall.
