It gets worse, i still feel it even when im not aroused

Its been going on for the last 3 months. It feels like it coming from my vas deference or the vains on the near bottom of scrotum. Mostly on left side

Yes vas deference along with left are swollen sometimes, which comes and goes. But the tingling flushing sensation stays. Im 19 and a virgin. Well i did stick a cucumber and hot dog up my anus just i mention.
