About 2 days ago i noticed tiny fleshy white bumps on the floor of my mouth. They are located towards the back, they are not painful but my soft tissue on the left side feels swollen. What could this be?

Little, pimple-like bumps inside your mouth can be caused by different conditions, for example, infection, oral lichen planus, mucous cysts and aroused papillae. These conditions normally resolve all alone, yet certain medicines can diminish a percentage of the going hand in hand with agony and distress.
