I m 27yrs old married woman no kids .my weight is 74kg.i want to reduce weight around 15kg in a month before getting pregnant.can u tell me diet chart and walking exercise.my height is 5-4.my arms, hips and thigh are too heavy.please tell me to reduce these area.
