My girlfriend says her toes begin to cramp during sex, usually just prior to having an orgasm. Sometimes it is on one foot, sometimes both but occasionally it doesn't happen at all. Naturally, this takes away from her pleasure. This started about a year ago and she cannot think of anything that may have contributed to this. Any suggestions on the cause or the remedy?
I have the same problem.. Often that happen to me.. The first time was kinda funny but not anymore :(

The nerves for the feet and the genitals are in close proximity when entering the spinal cord. Orgasm is an intense moment, and toe cramping is probably just due to the O signals leaking a bit. Nothing to worry in itself, though.
That explains alot, I get cramping in both feet(toes) while orgasms are about to happen or while they are happening.
I get severe toe cramping after organs. I attribute it to me having Multiple Sclerosis.
