I have discharge so much,mostly the week before my period. It feels liek i've wet myself sometimes.& like ttoday i looked in my undies & there was gooey white discharge all over them! i had to get it off so it didn't feel like i'd wet myself. Does anyone know why i have it like this...is it normal? Can i stop it?? Thanks

i don't know if it can be stopped but i wanted to reassure you that i suffer the same problem, so i think we are normal.
however, i know that soaps and shower gels can increase discharge so i have been recommended to use aqueous cream for every intimate wash. ask a chemist about that.
i tried wearing panty liners but i felt really suffocated and smelly afterwards. it's really affecting my sexual confidence. i hope someone can shed some light on this!

hey, don't worry ladies, there are a lot of women like this, myself being one of them! Sometimes it feels like this is abnormal, but ive been to doctors and they all say its just different for everyone, and so long as it doesn't smell different or really bad or change in consistency its most likely not and infection of any kind. Every woman is different, just take care of your body as best you can. And don't let it affect your sexual confidence. I have the same problem, but have a great sex life despite!
