hi, I'm 20 years old and had a tonsillectomy 7 weeks ago. I had bleeding on the third day and had to go back to get cauterised - painful and terrible experience! I was wondering if it's okay for me to smoke now? I have high anxiety and am worried about bleeding or getting an infection from smoking but it has been 7 weeks. Thoughts? I already know smoking is bad but I want to know if there is any risks or advice from others. I've read lots of these forums and none have very clear answers
